ZIKAY Factoring Sdn Bhd was founded in 1993 as Anugerah Harta Sdn Bhd. In 2004, the company was rebranded as ZIKAY Factoring Sdn Bhd with the primary objective of providing Factoring Financial Services to SMEs in Malaysia with the aspiration to assist and support them in the business ecosystem. With an authorized and paid-up capital of RM 10 Million, we have provided Islamic Factoring facilities primarily to companies supplying Services or Goods to the government and its agencies, government-linked companies (GLCs), and reputable publicly listed companies.

ZFSB is an active member of the Malaysian Factors Association (MFA) where our Senior Management has served as the association’s Chairman for the last five (5) years (from 2014 to 2018) and is currently appointed as a Special Advisor to the Association. ZFSB has been recognized as a high-performing Bumiputra Company under the TeraS Programme promoted by TERAJU an Agency under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative (MEDAC).
